What the job involves
As a Senior Occupational Therapist with Islington Council, you will join the Integrated Health and Care front door service, aiming to provide timely responses to resident care needs. You will implement an Occupational Therapy perspective to the service, promote best practices, champion strength-based and person-centered approaches, identify residents for early intervention, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support. Additionally, you will work on service development and contribute to strategic planning.
