Who You Are
A qualified RICS professional with experience in strategic leadership and the implementation of corporate frameworks. You are capable of providing effective oversight and leadership in property management and facilities management environments.
What the Job Involves
You will support the implementation of the Council's Corporate Landlord Model by acting as a strategic leader and interim manager. You will lead and manage the transition from service-led property management to a Corporate Landlord model, ensuring that the Council's property assets are managed through a consistent corporate framework. This role includes oversight of programme delivery, governance, and performance reporting, and you will support and deputise for the Director of Property as needed.
