Who You Are
As a solicitor with a current practising certificate, you are equipped with sound knowledge and experience in handling a wide range of Highways and Public Rights of Way cases. You possess strong ICT skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, and time-recording systems. You excel in working independently with minimal supervision and are adept at supporting the development of paralegals. Your ability to work under pressure and handle cases professionally is critical in this role.
What the job involves
The role involves managing Highways and Public Rights of Way cases, including S38/S278 agreements. You will support the development of paralegals, review reports, and provide legal advice to clients on good governance and decision-making.
