Who You Are

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Level 2 Social Worker to join our team on an agency basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive service, delivering high-quality social work support to children, families, or adults (depending on your service area).

What the job involves

As a Level 2 Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, undertaking assessments, and delivering effective interventions to improve outcomes.

• Manage a complex and varied caseload in line with professional standards
• Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• Provide support, guidance, and intervention to service users
• Participate in team meetings and reflective supervision

Skills

• Qualified Social Worker (BA / MA / DipSW or equivalent)
• Social Work England registration
• Minimum 2+ years post-qualified experience
