What the Job Involves
This role involves managing statutory case responsibilities for children, coordinating services, and developing care plans to ensure the well-being and development of disabled children. You will conduct assessments, manage personal budgets, support educational access, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. As a part of Islington's Disabled Children's Team, you will build effective relationships to bring about positive changes, lead investigations when necessary, and work towards enhancing the quality of life for the children and families supported.
