Role

Who You Are

You are a dedicated worker with the ability to build positive and respectful relationships with families and young people. You have the creativity, experience, knowledge, and skills to support and sustain positive change, preventing family breakdown and supporting young people in returning to their family network. You work in a child-centred, systemic way, using the Signs of Safety practice model.

What the Job Involves

This role involves working alongside families and young people to prevent care placements, ensuring the sustained support of young people within their family environments. You will complete best hopes agreements and intervention plans, supporting their implementation. Your work will focus on delivering short-term, high-quality intensive support on either a one-to-one basis or in group settings.
