Who You Are
You are a dedicated worker with the ability to build positive and respectful relationships with families and young people. You work in a child-centred, systemic way, using the Signs of Safety practice model.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working alongside families and young people to prevent care placements, ensuring the sustained support of young people within their family environments. You will complete best hopes agreements and intervention plans, supporting their implementation.
