Who You Are

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to provide essential project and programme support to an ambitious SEND Transformation Programme. The successful candidate will have strong project office and programme support skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across a range of stakeholders.

What the Job Involves

This is a key role supporting the effective coordination, monitoring, and delivery of improvement activities aimed at sustainable improvements for children and young people with SEND and their families. The role includes maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating activities, ensuring actions and deliverables are tracked, and managing competing priorities with independence and initiative.

  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Desirable: Experience in SEND service or public sector
