Who You Are
You are a knowledgeable professional with a good level of general education, including GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications. You possess an understanding of Adult Social Care and Health policy drivers and the functions of Adult Social Care and Public Health.
What the job involves
This role involves providing high-quality advice and referral services to the public, service users, and other departments to ensure immediate and relevant responses. Responsibilities include offering advice on available services, triaging referrals, dealing with complaints according to procedures, maintaining accurate records, and establishing liaisons with local agencies. You will work onsite daily across three hospital sites and are involved in supporting frontline workers and health staff.
