Who You Are
You are a child and family social worker committed to evidence-based decision making, safeguarding children, and improving outcomes for young people. You are knowledgeable about local policies, London Safeguarding Children Procedures, and relevant legislation.
What the Job Involves
As part of the team, you will make threshold decisions, handle referrals, and perform MASH checks. You'll work collaboratively with professionals from partner agencies, ensure confidentiality and consent are maintained, and use the Early Help Module IT system to record your work. Participation in supervision, training, and team meetings is required, alongside developing knowledge of local services for appropriate signposting.
