What the job involves
As a Human Resources Business Partner at Westminster City Council, you will provide strategic HR leadership and support to senior managers across the organisation. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering workforce strategies aligned with business objectives, providing expert HR advice on organisational redesign and workforce planning, leading complex employee relations matters, supporting talent management initiatives, and building strong partnerships with Trade Unions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy, organizational change, and talent development, contributing directly to Westminster’s strategic priorities and public service reform agenda.
