Who You Are
An experienced professional with a background in leasehold management and Section 20 consultation.
What the job involves
Your primary responsibility will be to calculate, notify, and bill estimated and actual service charges, shared ownership rent, and ground rent in line with lease terms and legislation. You will undertake Section 20 consultations under the Landlord and Tenants Act 1985, providing information and support on service charges, major works, and associated legislation to leaseholders, shared owners, and housing staff. Additionally, you will assist in maximizing the recovery of homeowner rents and other related income.
