Who You Are
A dedicated occupational therapist who values person-centred care and is skilled in independently managing a clinical caseload. You are committed to delivering high-quality assessments and interventions while engaging collaboratively with colleagues across various healthcare settings.
What the Job Involves
You will conduct holistic assessments to identify the needs of service users and carers, ensuring that all recommendations are aligned with their needs and available resources. Your role involves setting SMART goals to guide interventions and promote the use of Assistive Technology to enhance user independence. You will also manage and monitor equipment prescriptions, and actively contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts.
