The role involves leading and managing the Housing Management and Income Recovery Service, ensuring effective management of temporary accommodation, maximizing rental income, delivering excellent customer service, and complying with statutory duties. The job requires managing relationships with landlords and partner agencies, overseeing contracts, handling complex cases and legal proceedings, developing staff and contributing to policy and service improvements.
