You are an experienced Social Worker with a qualification such as CQSW, CSS, or DipSW, and at least two years of post-qualifying experience. What the Job Involves
The role involves independently handling cases, including complex or unusual ones, and managing high levels of risk to service users. You will undertake community care and safeguarding assessments, develop care plans, and construct value for money care packages. The job requires collaborating with individuals, families, and different organizations to ensure informed choices and service planning. You'll manage a caseload, monitor client needs, and maintain effective relationships, while providing necessary support and advice. Additional responsibilities include supervising social work students and pursuing ongoing professional training.
