What the job involves
This role involves delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex support needs. Responsibilities include supporting individuals to participate in meaningful activities, develop life skills, build relationships, and engage fully in their communities. You'll work closely with customers, their families, carers, and professionals to help them achieve their goals and maximise independence. Key responsibilities also involve providing personal and intimate care, ensuring safety and wellbeing, completing administrative duties, and contributing to service development.
