Who You Are
A dedicated social worker with a Dip SW, BA or MA in Social Work, registered with Social Work England. Experienced in community care legislation, able to manage complex caseloads, and skilled in partnership working.
What the job involves
This role involves operational delivery of the Adult Social Care Service within an integrated team. Responsibilities include safeguarding, support planning, and promoting adult wellbeing. You will assess individual needs, create support plans, manage caseloads, and engage in multidisciplinary forums while ensuring compliance with legislation and guidance.
