What the Job Involves
This role involves working with Bexley families at risk of poor outcomes. You will complete comprehensive needs assessments, help families develop SMART support plans, and support the implementation of these plans. Your role is pivotal in delivering a whole-family service that integrates family-centric and holistic approaches to improve outcomes for children and families. You will also provide training to colleagues and partake in multi-agency collaborations to deliver effective services.
