Who You Are

As a School Improvement Advisor, you are instrumental in driving the strategic direction and success of Lambeth Schools. You will work closely with leadership teams to leverage their management capacity and improve curriculum delivery. You have proven experience in senior management within educational settings and a successful track record of improving outcomes for children through collaborative working.

What the Job Involves

The role focuses on supporting Lambeth's education priorities by working with Headteachers and the Lambeth Education and Learning Service. You will develop and implement strategies to improve leadership skills and curriculum delivery in schools. Responsibilities include developing the School Improvement offer, overseeing quality assurance, and supporting vulnerable schools. You will also work on special projects and take part in designing governance support strategies. The position involves producing performance reports, monitoring educational standards, and identifying opportunities to raise outcomes and support school improvement.
