Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Agency Social Worker with a strong background in both statutory assessments and MASH/front door work. The successful candidate will have sound assessment skills, be confident in identifying risk and need, and be proactive with excellent communication skills.
What the Job Involves
The role involves completing high-quality, child-centred assessments that are analytical, outcome-focused, and completed within statutory timescales. The social worker must undertake tasks in MASH triage, including gathering and analysing information from partner agencies, contacting families, determining appropriate intervention thresholds, and making timely, evidence-based decisions.
