You can handle sensitive information with discretion and have a strong understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. You are comfortable working under pressure and can manage the emotional impact of working in environments related to child protection and safeguarding issues.
What the job involves
This role involves taking minutes for child protection case conferences and complex strategy meetings. You will be responsible for producing accurate, non-verbatim minutes of meetings within departmental timescales. You will assist the independent chair in creating or updating child protection plans and ensure meeting information is securely handled. You will also provide administrative support, input data accurately into the IT system, and contribute to the team's continuous improvement efforts.
