Who You Are
You possess a minimum NVQ level 4 or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject with teaching qualifications such as PTLLS, IAG, or PGCE, and are registered with the Education Workforce Council. You have extensive knowledge and current practice in the education sector, especially in working with challenging and vulnerable young people. Your experience includes co-ordinating educational programs, inter-agency partnership, and developing course material. You have effective communication skills, can manage challenging behaviors, and are adaptable to the needs of project delivery.
What the Job Involves
This role involves designing, delivering, and performing commissioned youth training programmes, ensuring an engaging learning experience. You will plan and assess learning, recruit learners, deliver personal development workshops, manage contractual performance targets, and maintain positive relationships with learners. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and support agencies, embed a culture of achievement, and uphold safeguarding policies.
