Who You Are
You are a qualified Environmental Health Officer with at least 2 years of experience, capable of managing complex cases related to environmental health housing. You possess a deep understanding of relevant legislation and are prepared to work in potentially hazardous environments.
What the Job Involves
This position involves managing a caseload of reactive and disrepair cases, including the service of notices and making enforcement decisions. You will respond to service requests, investigate issues, and use appropriate enforcement actions. The role requires preparing reports and documents, serving legal notices, and ensuring timely responses to correspondence.
