Who You Are
Southern Housing is looking for a dedicated and reliable Estate Services Cleaner with previous experience in cleaning, estate services, or grounds maintenance. You should be able to work independently with good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
What the job involves
Reporting to the Bow River Village Estate, this role involves maintaining clean and safe environments across our estates. Responsibilities include watering plants, general cleaning, using jet wash equipment, maintaining car parking and bicycle storage areas, and reporting maintenance issues. Working hours are 21 per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
