You are an experienced social worker with a passion for supporting children and families. You have knowledge and understanding of complex cases within a child services context and the ability to navigate court proceedings.
What the job involves
This role involves managing complex cases in various areas such as Court, Children in Care (CIC), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Need (CIN). You will be responsible for attending meetings and court sessions, as well as completing comprehensive Child and Family Assessments in line with Lincolnshire's CS Advanced Practitioner guidelines.
