Who You Are
As a Senior Project Manager within Capital Delivery, you will demonstrate strong leadership and relationship management skills. You are responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders while acting as the Council's client representative.
What the job involves
You will lead the successful delivery of complex and high-profile development projects from inception through to completion, managing all aspects including business case development, procurement, planning, design, stakeholder engagement, construction, and handover. The role involves working across a diverse portfolio of projects such as residential, mixed-use, education, commercial, and community infrastructure schemes. You will also manage risk, governance, financial performance, and contractual obligations while delivering projects that create lasting impacts and contribute to the borough's transformation.
