What the job involves
The role demands conducting assessments of risk and care needs for service users and carers, ensuring effective monitoring and review. You will manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with various agencies to protect individuals, and comply with statutory regulations. Additionally, you will prepare reports, engage sensitively with clients, and foster joint working relationships with agencies. Your duties include managing care plans, promoting equality, and contributing to multi-agency teamwork.
