Who You Are

The ideal candidate is an experienced MASH Worker with at least 2-3 years of consistent experience. You should be dynamic, capable of building relationships quickly with parents, and skilled at creating safe, creative pathways for families. You have a keen ability to maintain high-quality work under stringent timescales.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will make critical threshold recommendations on all incoming referrals within set timescales after conducting a thorough screening and triaging exercise. You will play a key role as we redesign our Front Door in line with the Families First Model, providing support pathways for families that are community-based and non-statutory.
