Who You Are

As a Cleaning Operative, you will have experience working in a cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, or related environment. You are flexible, able to work outside normal hours, and comfortable working as part of a team and in all weather conditions.

What the job involves

Your responsibilities will include loading bins onto dustcarts and ensuring the security, safety, and cleanliness of designated commercial sites. You'll be involved in the collection and removal of bulk/bagged refuse, as well as maintaining the security of council property and cleaning equipment. You must adhere to Health and Safety regulations and will attend training sessions to learn new equipment and procedures.
