Who You Are
You are a dedicated social worker with a Social Work qualification and SWE registration. You uphold best practice standards and codes of ethics, working well under mental health pressures and can confidently work alone. You are adaptable to business needs with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
What the Job Involves
This role involves assessments and social care interventions aimed at ensuring positive outcomes in compliance with health and social care legislation. You will work within a dedicated Review function Team in Adult Social Care, involving collaboration with people with care and support needs, as well as carers, significant others, and professionals from various agencies like NHS, Police, Education, and Housing.
You will assess and plan for the needs of individuals and their families, using standard assessment tools to ensure evidence-based and timely plans. Your role will also include planning, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating interventions and providing person-centered responses to safeguarding in crisis situations, promoting immediate protection, reducing risk, and enhancing wellbeing.
