Who You Are
You have expert knowledge of welfare, homelessness reduction act, housing and homelessness policy and case law, legislation and practice. Additionally, you are familiar with courts, possession orders & evictions, and have specialist knowledge on homelessness decision making. You also understand safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
What the job involves
The role involves working within the Families Service to assist applicants who are homeless and residing in Temporary Accommodation by sourcing suitable private rented accommodation. You will provide expert advice and collaborate closely with partners to prevent or delay homelessness, aiming to prevent individuals from ending up in temporary accommodation or on the streets.
Skills
