What the job involves
This role involves working on two priority transformation programmes: Customer Services Transformation and Commercialisation. You will lead business analysis activities, facilitate workshops, redesign customer journeys, and support the development of sustainable income-generating opportunities. Your responsibilities will include mapping business processes, developing business cases, and supporting solution design and implementation while engaging directly with senior leaders.
