What the job involves
As a Deputy to the Pod Manager, you will ensure high-quality practice and effective supervision of social care practitioners and social workers. You will oversee team performance, provide reflective supervision, manage cases, and support complex situations, including court proceedings. You will also coordinate duty rotas and represent the Local Authority in various meetings.
