What the Job Involves

Your role involves taking the lead in assessing needs, creating SMART plans, delivering and reviewing interventions, and coordinating multi-agency activities. You will hold a mixed caseload and work alongside children, young people, families, and the multi-agency professional network. The goal is to promote children's welfare and support families in identifying issues and working towards solutions.
