What the Job Involves
As a Leasehold Officer, you will manage leaseholder accounts, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation. You will maintain accurate records of leasehold properties, prepare service charge statements, and act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders. Your role includes resolving disputes, collaborating with internal teams for smooth property operations, and providing support to customers in financial hardship. You will also attend court to manage debt recovery cases and ensure income maximization through benefit entitlement advice.
