What the Job Involves
Your role involves conducting risk and care assessments to ensure appropriate actions are taken to support service users and carers. You will handle a variety of cases, coordinate statutory reviews, and engage with people at risk. You'll work closely with other professionals to develop care plans, negotiate service provisions, and maintain client records. The position requires participation in team duties, supervision of staff, and engagement in professional development to enhance service quality.
