Who You Are
You are a skilled social worker experienced in providing support to families, specifically those requiring Child in Need support. You are adept at working in a multi-agency environment and collaborating with various partners to provide comprehensive care.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working with families undergoing various challenges including mental health issues, domestic abuse, and substance misuse. You will be responsible for providing social work interventions and conducting assessments to determine the most appropriate support mechanisms. You will also be part of the Safeguarding Team, contributing to the preparation for the introduction of the Family Help Team.
