As the Head of Business Partnering for all Children's services, you will have overall responsibility for 5 staff members and lead the finance business partnering function for the service area. Your role involves working closely with service leadership teams to develop, challenge, and support service plans and project delivery. You will be responsible for managing and reporting on operational performance, ensuring that the business partnering function effectively challenges the status quo and collaborates with services to develop new delivery models. This includes achieving significant cost savings and maximizing outcomes for residents. Additionally, you will support the council's leadership and develop a strategic response to financial challenges.
