Who You Are
You are an Occupational Therapist with experience in mental health settings, including managing risk and assessing complex needs. You possess a professional degree in Occupational Therapy and are registered with the HCPC. You have strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working within the Adult Social Care Team to provide direct support to individuals with significant mental health conditions. You will perform assessments, risk management, and support planning, while promoting independence and well-being. You will also liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support.
