Who You Are
You are a qualified solicitor in England and Wales or CILEX qualified, experienced in handling legal matters related to adult social care for a local authority.
What the job involves
You will join Lambeth's Adult Social Care Team as a lawyer, working on an initial 3-month basis with the potential for rolling extensions. You will handle Court of Protection work, judicial review, ordinary residence, general community care, and aspects of the Mental Health Act. You must be capable of undertaking litigation as an authorised person.
