You have proven experience in professional leadership, driving practice improvements, and preparing formal reports. You demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate complex information and a commitment to anti-discriminatory practice and addressing inequality. Additionally, you provide high-quality, emotionally intelligent supervision and support staff development.
What the Job Involves
As a Family First Front Door Team Manager, you will provide leadership, management, and professional guidance to your team, promoting excellent social work practices and ensuring timely assessments, purposeful interventions, and effective safeguarding measures. You will engage in one-on-one and group supervisions, challenging and motivating the team to deliver outstanding services to our vulnerable children, young people, and their families while upholding high professional standards.
