What the job involves
Joining a supportive, multi-disciplinary team at Bro Cerwyn, Haverfordwest, you will support individuals experiencing mental health challenges to achieve improved outcomes and greater independence. You will manage a caseload within secondary mental health services, working within relevant legislative frameworks to ensure lawful, proportionate interventions. Your role includes contributing to the team’s duty rota and building relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
