What the Job Involves
The position involves participating in a duty rota every 8 weeks, during which you will advance newly allocated cases to the first hearing before they are transferred. This allows you to dedicate the remaining weeks to intensive work with families. Responsibilities include completing thorough assessments, ensuring appropriate access to support, and managing Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases effectively. The job provides protected time for meaningful family work, quality practice, and supports staff wellbeing through manageable caseloads and strong support from our senior management and partnership team.
