What the Job Involves
The role involves providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Repairs and Maintenance team, ensuring efficient delivery of services across a dispersed property portfolio. Key responsibilities include logging and prioritizing maintenance requests, scheduling works, communicating with contractors, managing contractor and financial administration, and offering general administrative support. You will also assist with meeting organization and support communication within a geographically dispersed team. You will play a critical role in supporting a small technical team covering a national portfolio, focusing on service efficiency and underpinning improved service performance.
