What the Job Involves

As a Finance Business Partner at Wirral Council, you'll support a solution-focused and innovative financial management function, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to provide value for money. You'll provide professional, evidence-based management information to support the Council's sustainability. You'll promote a commercial ethos, participate in corporate initiatives, and support the delivery of the council's financial sustainability and resilience through insights and intelligence on demand management. You'll work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, manage financial data, and ensure taxpayer money is spent wisely according to council priorities.
