Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with a background in customer-facing environments, capable of providing comprehensive administrative support. You are familiar with financial administration and have a positive track record in working both independently and as part of a team. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to work constructively with others, all while maintaining a focus on Health and Safety policies. Enthusiasm for customer care and a commitment to equality and diversity issues are essential.

What the job involves

This position requires you to support the Tenancy Management team in delivering housing management and anti-social behavior prevention services. You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as supporting complaints administration, managing diaries, and handling tenant agreements. The role includes organizing documents for tenancy and ASB enforcement, managing council-owned facilities, and processing new tenancies and mutual exchanges. You’ll work closely with Senior Neighbourhood Officers and other partner service areas to ensure effective management of service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
