You are collaborative, adept at inter-agency working, and focused on safeguarding children from harm.
What the Job Involves
The role revolves around leading professional engagement in complex cases requiring a children's social worker. You will undertake initial and comprehensive assessments, collaborate with allied health professionals, and promote inter-agency effectiveness. Managing a challenging caseload, you will plan, implement, and review casework according to legislation and best practices. Representing the Council at court, developing and maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation, and participating in training and development activities also form a part of your responsibilities.
