What the Job Involves
Your role involves working closely with individuals needing care, support, and risk assessment to create strategies that minimize these risks. You will undertake comprehensive assessments, design care plans, and recommend external support when necessary, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and necessary approvals. You must use Social Worker techniques effectively, promote positive outcomes, and take appropriate actions to ensure tailored needs-based plans are developed, recorded, and reviewed regularly. As part of a team with a duty system, you will also respond to immediate cases, understanding and navigating the recording system for efficient crisis management.
