What the job involves
The role involves supporting service users at the Granby Hub, a 30-bed reablement unit, by meeting their physical, social, and emotional needs as outlined in care plans. You will work directly with service users to enhance their daily living skills, support them in their homes, and administer medications when necessary. Collaborating with a team of health and social care professionals, you will ensure coordinated and comprehensive support, promoting independence for interdependent living. You’ll also be engaging in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, contributing to records maintenance, and committing to improving service delivery.
