We are seeking an experienced Manager who is adept in assessing discretionary housing payments. An understanding of using Academy for processing either housing benefit or discretionary housing payments is desirable, with a strong focus on excellence in service delivery.

The role involves overseeing the assessment and processing of discretionary housing payments and/or housing benefits. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
