What the Job Involves
As a Passenger Assistant, you will ensure the safety and comfort of students during their journeys to and from school or college. You will work closely with drivers and schools to facilitate smooth, stress-free travel. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts as needed, with typical working hours during weekdays from 07:00–10:00 and 14:00–17:00. The work is primarily term-time, with hours subject to change based on route requirements and coverage needs.
